I have been eyeing up all sorts of cables for a while now. I really want to make myself an awesome cabled sweater, but I am still searching for the perfect pattern. I did find this mitten pattern, though, and it is perfect for my first cable project. I am amazed at how cabling works - I never know exactly what I am doing as I go along, but so far its working out beautifully. Now, will it ever get cold enough to justify wearing mittens?
